What a beautiful cottage in a stunning location. The cottage is immaculately presented with thoughtful touches all around. Hilary is very welcoming and readily available for any queries, not that we had any at all. Unfortunately we had to curtail our visit due to home circumstances but will certainly be back next year. Lovely cottage in a picturesque location, close to multiple trails and peaks. Made to feel very welcome from outset with easy check in. Cottage was spotless with everything we needed for a rural retreat. Dogs were welcomed, even had dog treats waiting for them. Lovely stay. Will definitely be visiting again.
What a lovely stay! 5***** Absolutely spotless little annex, in a beautiful location. We stayed for 5 nights over New Year and were extremely happy with our stay and Hilary's attention to detail. We were very impressed as the house was kitted out with 2 en-suites, extra large beds, lots of games, a coffee machine, Netflix, good wifi and a washer/dryer - perfect for a little adventure stay! Although you are staying in the annex next to Hilary's house, we had a beautifully quiet stay, with no interruptions. We were delighted with the location. Also very close to some great walks- we'd highly recommend Ben A'an. And even a wacky pub down the road with eccentric owners, not for the faint of heart but laughs all round. Hilary was a great host, she provided plenty of information regarding our stay as well as some great local recommendations.
This is a beautiful cottage in stunning surroundings. It has everything you need for a really comfortable stay, and we loved it. Comfy in every way, simply cannot recommend Hilary's cottage highly enough. Fab!

Beautifully renovated cottage in a beautiful part of Scotland. The kitchen is great with all the little bits and bobs that you need and don't normally get. Five stars!!
We enjoyed a long weekend in this beautiful spot. Recommend sunrise up Ben A'an, a cycle round Loch Katrine and The Venachar Lochside for lunch. Hilary's created a warm, welcoming and well thought out place to stay - we loved it! Fantastic star gazing and the colours at this time of year are amazing. Wonderfully comfortable beds and fabulous showers. The welcome pack is a delightful treat. We have had a lovely few days walking, collapsing here in the evenings. We had a delicious meal at The Byre Inn and enjoyed its eccentricity.
